Our meeting rooms and public spaces are open to the public as of May 1.
To reserve a meeting room or public space, please call our Administrative Office at 360-387-1512.
Please be prepared to provide the following information when you call:
- Name of group
- Name and phone number of contact person
- Address to mail invoice and rental agreement
- Which station/meeting room you want to reserve
- Date and time(s) you want to reserve it
Meeting rooms and public spaces are only available to reserve at Station 2 (Country Club), Station 4 (Madrona/Vista), and Station 5 (Mabana).
